"I love how this album displays the individual abilities that Pam(Setser) and Brad(Apple) possess, but it also shows how their combined talents complement and enhance each other's music. The album is a great listening experience, and I believe you will love it as much as I do" - Sharon White.    APPLE & SETSER is a collection of new originals, classic favorites, and lesser-known traditional songs that take us on a nostalgic visit to the past when songs told stories that touched our hearts and memories. The album transports us on a journey back in time by showcasing foot-stomping songs and covers fond thoughts of family and friends.  Apple & Setser also include heartfelt songs about love and lost love.  Their production is well presented by the sweet sounds of acoustic stringed instruments and with the flavor of music that is popular in Mountain View, Arkansas. The production crosses folk, bluegrass, Americana, country, and old-time genres and features notable and award-winning bluegrass and gospel guest musicians David Johnson, Tim Crouch, and Danny Crawford.    Golden-voiced singer and multi-instrumentalist Pam Setser was nominated for Americana Artist of the Year for the 2021 Arkansas Country Music Awards. Brad Apple is a producer, studio engineer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter whose original songs have been recorded by a number of other artists.  Apple & Setser (officially a duo since 2017) were nominated for Best Acoustic Act for the 2022 Arkansas Country Music Awards.   Previews and all assets are also available for download on our media page:  https://bellbucklemedia.com/apple-setser as well as on Airplay Direct:   Previews and more information can also be found at   www.pamsetser.com/apple-setser   Featured songs for folk include two originals: "Grandma Danced with the Arkansas Traveler" and "A Friend You'd Never Met," and a beautiful rendition of Paul Anka's "It Doesn't Matter Anymore."   Featured songs for bluegrass and Grassicana include a clean, crisp duet version of the feel-good "I'll Love Nobody But You" by Jim & Jesse McReynolds and Apple & Setser's own interpretations of "Hand Me Down My Walking Cane" by James A. Bland, and the traditional tune "Rake and the Rambling Blade."   The album also includes two instrumental tracks, "Hayes Hoedown,” a playful and dynamic original mountain dulcimer tune by Pam Setser, and a beautiful solo finger-style acoustic guitar version of the classic song "When You and I Were Young, Maggie"
